Who makes Fullerton music equipment?

I have looked all over the net including Harmony.com trying to find out any thing about Fullerton instraments, like who makes them, where there made and there reliabillity, but all I can find is places that sell them and no one has any feedbacks or ratings for them. Im looking at a FB120 Bass amp, but if the price is any indication of it’s performance then I’ll just go with the Ashland amp, at least I can get a review on that product.
any help would be greatly appreaciated. even just a web site would help.
