What is the best way to find a house for rent in the N. Orange County area?

when do i send in my transcripts when applying to cal state schools as a transfer student?

i am planning on transferring to a cal state in the fall of next year from a community college. i applied so far to cal state fullerton and cal state long beach. i am unsure how the whole sending in my transcripts. do i send one of all the classes i have taken up until now? or do i wait until after the spring when i am finished? is there a certain deadline for the schools?
